Beautiful view of BC place and the courtyard. Love the blackout curtains. Air conditioning was great for the heat wave. Wifi was strong enough for video conferences for work. I love how the property is pet friendly. Great selection of restaurants. Staff were attentive and courteous.

The location of the hotel for our concert was phenomenal! So convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean with so many amenities. The variety of restaurants inside the resort was great! Can't wait to stay again in a couple of months!

Love how modern it is, the facility, rooms, services and staff where amazing. It was meant to be our wedding day and like a lot of couple because of COVID had to postpone it and do a staycation to celebrate the day and weekend and stayed at JW and it was a great decision. They made us feel very special and welcomed. The casino was fun to have in the hotel and the experience at Victor was yet another wonderful evening. I highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to coming back. More pictures of the facilities on my IG @efefruci.

I loved this hotel! It was incredibly nice with all the amenities. Location is great and it’s very important here. The room was so comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Spotless, the view amazing, we can repet again. Also de city in général is wonderful

We spend our wedding and reception night and it was amazing and beautiful. Room service was excellent as well. They also sent us a complimentary chocolates and some bubbly with a cute note !!! It was so special
